Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 5 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped. Some of the jewellery is made to order so we aim to ship ASAP
Domestic Shipping: Once an item is shipped, we are no longer responsible for it. We do not offer refunds for packages lost in transit. We cannot refund or replace stolen packages or any undelivered packages that have been confirmed as delivered. However, we will do everything possible to help locate your package and will work with local postal authorities. We use Australia Post for shipping, so please use their website to track your item.
Ensure Correct and Secure Delivery Address: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated. Please contact perthpermanentjewellery@gmail.com if you need any assistance.
We understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping. As many of our pieces are handmade to order please allow up to 5 business days before shipment. We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible and also contain a tracking number for piece of mind.

For our Australian customers, we offer FREE standard shipping on orders over $100 as a token of our appreciation.
Australia Post Standard Shipping: $11.00 (Estimated delivery: 2-7business days)
Australia Post Express Shipping: $15.00 (Estimated delivery: 1-5 business days)
International Shipping
For our international customers, we provide standard international shipping for a flat rate of $30 . Delivery times may vary according to the country and we while we strive to deliver your order promptly, we are not responsible for any fees imposed by local customs or for delays or items lost in transit.
