Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

All items are final sale, except under specific conditions outlined below. Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any jewellery.

Our jewellery is delicate and fragile. We are happy to repair most manufacturing defects. Please email an image of your damaged jewellery to discuss possible options. Repairs are free, but the buyer must cover postage costs. We will replace any damaged jewellery for free within 7 days of receiving the product.

Manufacturing faults do not include: broken chains; chipped, cracked, or broken pearls, shells, or gemstones; general wear and tear, including items that have been bent out of shape, twisted, snapped, oxidized, or with fading plating. Please note each hand crafted item is unique due to the handmade process and slight variations from the displayed image may occur. Soldered joints may show slight colour differences due to the high heat used, ensuring durability and sustainability.

Conditions:

If you are shipping a faulty item, a refund will be issued upon inspection, and outgoing postage will be refunded. If returning an item for refund or repair, it must be returned in either the original packaging or a protective case to prevent damage during shipping. Items incorrectly packaged and subsequently damaged in transit cannot be replaced. Items that have clearly been worn and damaged, either deliberately or accidentally, are not considered faulty and will not be accepted.

Permanent Jewellery Warranty

All Perth Permanent Jewellery comes with a 3-month warranty. Within the first month, any repairs or replacements due to manufacturer defects on the chain or weld are free. For manufacturer defects occurring after the first month, up to 3 months, we offer a replacement chain at a 50% or a re-weld. This service replacement is available in person at our shop. Since each Perth Permanent Jewellery piece is custom-fitted, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
